About the Prescott Fitness Adventure Boot Camp for Women -
and Men!
What is the Adventure
Boot Camp at Prescott for Women - and Men?
A four week outdoor program of fitness instruction,
nutritional education and motivational training. You will
be inspired and have fun while participating
in a fantastic workout led by Holly From and/or Darcy Myers,
approved by Certified Adventure Fitness
Trainer and Certified Personal Trainers, Jeremy Nelms and
Alissa Nelms, true Prescott fitness professionals.
Each day, camp will be one hour in length,
starting at 5:30 am and ending at 6:30
am. We also have a 9:00 am class, if 5:30 am is too
early!

What
if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete
more than they are capable of doing safely.
Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women
of all ages, abilities and fitness levels regularly attend Adventure
Boot Camp. Each day will slightly increase
in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others. We
have helped the "almost athletic" and
those that are 80+ pounds overweight, all in the same setting...while
never having ANYONE feel left out or frustrated.
Where
is the location we meet?
Our 5:30 am Adventure Boot Camp will meet at Pioneer Park.
Our 9:00 am Adventure
Boot Camp will meet at Pioneer Park.
Our 6:00 pm Adventure Boot Camp
will meet at Pioneer Park
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour
during the four-week program. All participants will be expected
to arrive on time.
Our Women-only Camp starts at 5:30 and lasts for one hour. Alternatively,
our Co-Ed Camp starts at 9:00 AM or 6:00 pm.
We have a 3 day per week option, as well, that is completely
flexible! You are even welcome to attend different times of
the day, if that better fits your schedule!

What do I need
to bring?
An exercise mat (the dense foam ones work better
than the fluffy ones), small hand weights(5-8 lbs.), water bottle,
running shoes, small towel, and a sense of adventure!
You can purchase hand weights and exercise mat at
your local Walmart, Target, or most any other sporting goods
store. An inexpensive pair of weight lifting gloves
can also come in handy.
What
can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned,
and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement
in your physical well-being. The camp program
includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten
your stomach, reduce body fat and increase
stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches
and gain strength while looking and feeling
better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same
vision of striving to reach their goals for
a more healthy mind and body. You'll receive a FREE nutrition
seminar and Prescott Fitness Adventure Boot
Camp T-Shirt.

What
is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp ranges from $199-$299.
That's up to twenty hours of instruction! It averages out to
just $14.95 per hour - a remarkable deal when
you consider you are working with up to two
trainers!
Where
else can you get cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible
price?
Personal trainers can typically charge $40
to $100 per hour for their services - this is a great (and increasingly
rare) opportunity to receive
motivating fitness instruction by instructors approved by Jeremy
Nelms and Alissa Nelms, two certified personal trainers
and Prescott fitness professionals, for just a fraction of the
cost.
We
are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will
get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior
to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration you
will be notified to make an appointment.
